About Medi-Cal Weight Loss

The Medi-Cal Weight Reduction Program was created in 1988 by a St Louis physician whose specialty was diabetes.  He treated multiple patients who were significantly overweight and saw the need for a diet that could result in rapid and extreme weight loss.  He created a diet that would be fast and easy to follow.  Long term weight loss was his goal .  Over the past 25 plus years the Medi-Cal Weight Reduction Program has proven safe and effective for thousands of patients and has been well received by the medical community.
